10th Nordic Nutrition Conference
We are pleased to invite you to the 10th Nordic Nutrition Conference hosted in Reykjavik, June 3–5, 2012.The goal of the 10th Nordic Nutrition Conference is to stay up-to-date on emerging trends and provide a forum for discussion on topics related to nutrition and health among nutritionists and other professionals working in the field. The focus will be on current research on food, nutrition and health in the Nordic countries as well as in a global context.

Sue Shepherd kommer til faglig møte
Dr. Sue Shepherd kommer til faglig møte som foredragsholder. Sue er kjent internasjonalt som en ledende ernæringsfysiolog, med ekspertise på områdene cøliaki og irritabel tarmsyndrom. I 2008 fullførte hun sin PhD innen dette feltet. Sue har så å si revolusjonert tilnærmingsmåten for behandlingen av irritabel tarmsyndrom, ved hjelp av low FODMAP diet.
